We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. Our Return Policy
At Jock Soap we want you to love what you ordered. But, if for any reason you don't, simply send it back within 30 days of the purchase date for exchange or refund. (We regret that we do not refund original or return shipping costs.) Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or on National Holidays will be processed by the end of the following business day. All expedited priority orders must be placed by 12 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this, your order will be processed the following business day.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Jock Soap or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |
