We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

Jock Soap's Satisfaction
Promise
At Jock Soap we want you to love what you purchase. But, if for any reason you
don't, simply send it back within 30 days of the purchase date, and we will
credit your account the full purchase price (less shipping and handling).
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, CONTACT US
immediately so we can remedy the situation.
Please follow the instructions for making a return below:
- Please pack your return in
the original shipping box and packing materials, if possible.
- Please fill out the Return
Form attached to the packing slip that came with your order. Indicate:
ORDER NO., CUSTOMER NAME, what you are returning and why. Enclose the completed
Return Form with your package. If you do not have a copy of the return
form, you can print it

To ensure your shipment's arrival, purchase delivery
confirmation from your shipping carrier.
Returns, Refunds and Credits
We will issue a full refund via the original method of payment for the price of
any item that you return as long as your return is received within 30 days of
the purchase date. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping
costs and return shipping costs.
If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift
recipient in the form of an online store credit/gift certificate.
Upon receipt of your return, it takes up to 3 business days to process the
return, credit your account or to issue an online store credit/gift
certificate. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
Please note that your financial institution may take approximately seven
business days to reflect this transaction.

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |
