Overview
Jock Soap Company, Inc. reserves the right at any time and from time to time, without notice, to add to, remove from and/or change the Jock Rewards ("Program") Terms and Conditions; for example, Jock Soap Company, Inc. may change the Program benefits, Jock Reward credit levels, Program affiliations or redemption of Jock Reward credits.
Jock Soap Company, Inc. reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time. Participants will have 12 months from the date of notification to redeem Jock Rewards. At the end of the 12 months, the Program will terminate and all remaining Jock Reward credits will be voided.
The availability of any Jock Reward or Reward level cannot be guaranteed. Jock Reward credits required for redemption may increase prior to Jock Reward redemption.
When you enroll in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions.
General
Jock Reward credits accrue and are redeemed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program. Participants are responsible for accessing these sites in order to keep informed of Program features applicable to Participants' rights and responsibilities with regard to the Program. For questions regarding the Program, Participants may also call 1.800.274.5625 (10 a.m to 7 p.m., (EST), Monday through Friday). Participants are responsible for all personal taxes, liabilities, surcharges and any other fees associated with participation in the Program. Jock Soap Company, Inc. reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of the Program Terms and Conditions. Jock Soap Company, Inc. may audit any Participant's account at any time, with or without notice to the Participant, to ensure compliance with the Program Terms and Conditions. If a Participant is determined by Jock Soap Company, Inc., in its sole discretion, to have violated any of the Program Terms and Conditions, the Participant's enrollment in the Program will be terminated and all Reward credits forfeited. Program Terms and Conditions, Rewards and redemptions are subject to applicable government laws, rules and regulations and are void where prohibited. Information regarding a Participant's account and participation in the Program is confidential, and Jock Soap Company, Inc. will not disclose any of its information to a third party not affiliated with Jock Soap Company, Inc., provided that Jock Soap Company, Inc. may disclose account information or participation history in order to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or in order to cooperate with a government investigation. In these circumstances, disclosure may be with or without the Participant's knowledge or consent.
Participant Eligibility
A Participant in the Program must (1) be a natural person who resides in the U.S.; (2) have a valid U.S. driver's license and a valid email address (email is the only means of official communication between Jock Rewards and Participants); and (3) have not been denied participation in any other reward program offering. Only one account allowed per individual.
No corporation or other legal entity may be a Participant in the Program and/or accrue Jock Reward credits.
Provision of false information or omission of any information requested on any Program enrollment or redemption form or receipt may be grounds for denial of enrollment and/or accrual of Jock Reward credit in the Participant's account.
Reward Credit Accrual
Jock Reward credits will accrue in accordance with the following table:

Multiple qualifying transactions concluded by any person in a Participant's household may be aggregated and accrue Jock Reward credits. Evidence of each qualifying transaction must be submitted with the same Participant identification number.
Accrued Jock Reward credits do not constitute property of a Participant. Jock Reward credits are non-transferable under any conditions, including upon a Participant's death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or in any other matter. Accrued Jock Reward credits may not be combined with any other Program Participant's Jock Reward credits.
Any attempted transfer of Jock Reward credits in contravention of the Terms and Conditions of the Program is void.
All accrued Jock Reward credits will be forfeited upon Participant's withdrawal from or termination of participation in the Program.
Reward Redemption
All Jock Rewards are subject to availability. Certain restrictions may apply to specific Rewards and are set forth in Program.
Jock Reward credits have no cash value and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon or promotion.
After a Participant has redeemed Reward credits, the Participant will not be able to exchange, refund or return the credits for redeposit in the Participant's account.
By redeeming a Jock Reward, the Participant releases Jock Soap Company, Inc., subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all liability regarding the redemption or use of a Jock Reward. Jock Soap Company, Inc. IS not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or mutilated certificates or merchandise. Jock Soap Company, Inc. makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular use or otherwise, regarding the Jock Rewards or any merchandise obtained by redemption.
Jock Soap Company, Inc. is not liable or responsible for special, incidental, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the or related to the use in any manner of any merchandise obtained by redemption.
