In order to apply in the Jock PRO discount program you will need provide:
- A completed Jock PRO Application
- A copy of your Photo Identification
- Two(2) pieces of Professional Criteria indicating your profession (see list below for acceptable items)

Acceptable Professional Criteria include: Business Card with name and profession, Professional License, Diploma/Certificate, Reference of Employment.
